The Kennewick Irrigation District (KID) would like to let our customers know that due to a break in a water pipe line along Edison Street in Kennewick, irrigation service to all 3,500 customers being serviced off of the Edison Street line will experience a temporary water outage.
Repair to the nearly seventy year old pipe, was completed late last night, but due to the time necessary to allow materials to fully dry, water will not be available until Monday, April 11, 2016.
We apologize for any inconvenience this unforeseen event will cause.
Locations that are impacted by the outage will be noted on our Live Water map located on the front page of our website. Updates to this information will be posted on our Facebook page, if and when it should become necessary to do so.
