NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual election of Directors of the KID will be held on

DECEMBER 10, 2013

From 1:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at

12 W. Kennewick Avenue

Kennewick, WA

At said election, Directors will be elected to Positions 1 and 4 for three-year terms beginning the first Tuesday in January 2014.

Any qualified District elector who certifies they cannot conveniently be present at the proper election precinct on the day of election may vote by absentee ballot.  A ballot and form of certificate of qualifications will be furnished upon receipt of written request being made to the Secretary/Manager of the District.

Absentee ballots issued for requests received after 5:00 p.m. on December 5, 2013 must be picked up in person from the District office.
