To create or access your account online or by phone you will need to have your phone number linked to your account. Simply call 509.586.9111 to speak with one of our customer service representatives to have your phone number added.
Please note that due to your account being past due, a $25 late fee is added each May 1st and November 1st that the bill remains delinquent. Your account is also accruing interest on the unpaid principal balance at the rate of 1% per month. Interest will continue to accrue on all past due assessments until paid in full. It’s important to get your payment in as soon as possible to avoid additional late charges.

Helping Hands | Low-income individuals who are having difficulties paying their KID assessments may qualify for the Helping Hands program. The program is open to customers meeting program and income eligibility requirements. For more information about the Helping Hands Program please call our Customer Service Department at 509.586.9111.
