**UPDATE**
Upon further inspection, damage to the irrigation valve on Metaline Avenue will require additional time to repair due to the ordering of necessary parts. Therefore, repair work will be suspended until next Wednesday, August 31, 2016. Work is estimated to be completed and service restored by September 2, 2016.
Please Note: Metaline Avenue is open and will remain open to normal traffic flow until repair work resumes, at which time KID will issue notification of a temporary traffic revision. Updates to this information will be posted here on our website and on Facebook page.

We would like to let our customers know that Thursday, August 25, 2016 and beginning in the early morning hours, KID crews will be closing the right turn lane of West Metaline Avenue, which turns north onto Edison Street. Traffic will have the ability to turn right at the stop sign. The closure is necessary in order to perform repair work on an irrigation line.
Due to the repair, some customers being served off of the West Metaline valve will experience a temporary service outage estimated to last up to 24 hours.
Please note, actual areas impacted cannot be reflected on the Water Status Map until service has been shut off and should be visible on the map by 8 a.m. August 25, 2016.
