KID Seeking Planning Committee Member to Represent Agricultural Water Users (Ten Acres or More)

The Kennewick Irrigation District recently formed a five person Planning Committee and has sought members to represent urban, rural and agricultural water users. There has been a good response from our customers representing the urban water users, however, the Planning Committee needs to fill at least one position with a member who represents agricultural water users (ten acres or more). The term for this position is four years.
For persons interested in becoming an agricultural representative and member of the Planning Committee, please log on to www.kid.org and download a Planning Committee application. Applications may be submitted to the KID office located at 12 W. Kennewick Ave., Kennewick, WA 99336. Deadline for submitting an application is Friday, February 17th at 5:00 p.m. Candidates meeting the criteria will be called to attend the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, February 21st at 9:00 a.m. for interviews.
